This class will teach some simple techniques to manage stress which will include balancing obligations, academic work, procrastination, and friends in a healthy manner. You will determine what your own personal “Stress Style” is and how to de-stress when emotions run high. You will leave feeling balanced and empowered with tools to use when situations that could be stressful arise.
