Black History Month

Ubuntu!

Ubuntu is a Zulu word that means “I am because you are. You are because I am.” All Black students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to come together to talk, support, and connect. Our first Black Hour of the Spring 2025 semester will be held in a hybrid fashion, both in person and online, to allow for maximum participation. Pop in even if you can't stay the entire hour. Bring a friend. Tell everyone. We will do some introductions and networking. This will be a very informal hour, and you can help set the agenda.

Future Black Hour sessions will be held on March 13 and April 10. Also, mark your calendars to participate in April's Annual Black Student Success Week.
