In this 2 part class, you will learn about the impacts of substance use for youth and teens and how to reduce the harm of drug use. We will dive into topics such as how to have empathetic communication with youth about substance harm, coping mechanisms, stigma around substances, building a support network, and talking to our youth about the safety of substance use. We will also cover resources and mental health in our community.
