Screens: computers, tablets, laptops, tv and smartphones to name a few. They are everywhere and have permeated all areas of society from the classroom, playing games on tablets to texting friends on a smartphone or watch.  All parents want to raise a child that is emotionally healthy, well balanced and socially skilled.    This class will help parents stay connected while learning why flexibility is important, how to monitor and limit screen time, learn good digital citizenship and learn signs of screen addiction and recovery.
