In this class, you will learn simple techniques and tips to help your teen constructively express and control their feelings, think through their consequences and behaviors before they act, learn how to understand and see others feelings and perspectives, accept responsibility for their actions, and learn how to manage conflicts. You will learn different techniques and activities to support your teen in their journey of communication, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
