In collaboration with the Black Student Success Center and Umoja, the Latinx Center is excited to invite you and your students to our next Hispanic Heritage Month event: "Celebrando Afro-Latinidad."

We will begin with a short documentary exploring the rich history and contributions of Afro-Latinos/as, followed by a beginner's Salsa class. The event will conclude with a shared meal of delicious Jamaican food. Our goal is to celebrate and highlight the significance of Afro-Latino/a heritage through film, dance, and community fellowship.
