In this class, you will learn new skills on how to notice the signs of bullying and working with an aggressive you. We will look at the correlation between aggressive and antisocial behaviors, the different types of bullying, prevention, and relationship development. You will gain new information on how to seek help if they or someone you know is experiencing any bullying or is impacted by trauma. We will dive into suicide prevention, cyberbullying, and mental health resources. There will be interactive exercises on how to use physical, mental, and emotional techniques to combat the trauma/bullying experiences our teens might be facing. We will learn new techniques on crisis intervention and the stigma of bullying and building resilience for people experiencing trauma.
