Roberts Family Development Center (RFDC) empowers North Sacramento/Del Paso Heights youth through academic enrichment and community programs. We are seeking Academic Tutors to support our students by planning and facilitating small groups designed to bring focus students up to grade level in subjects such as Math and ELA. This role includes tracking progress with assessments, setting academic goals, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure student growth. Tutors will communicate regularly with students, parents, teachers, and the Tutoring Coordinator to share updates, successes, and challenges. Gain leadership experience while making a lasting impact!
