Children who have experienced inter-personal hurt need inter-personal repair. In this class we will begin by describing the importance of attachment and the types of attachment you may see in a child who has experienced loss and trauma. We will look at concrete examples of different types of attachment and provide concrete ways you can repair and rebuild attachment with a child. One method we will discuss is called J-A-R.
