It’s midweek, and ARC’s creativity is on full display!
Beavers Build Day celebrates the imagination, innovation, and collaboration that make ARC such a vibrant community — from hands-on learning to live performance, from the main campus to the Natomas Center.
Featured Activities
CTE Demos (Time TBD : Location CTE Building)
Start your day surrounded by innovation and discovery.
The CTE Building opens its doors for live demonstrations from ARC’s Career & Technical Education and Apprenticeship programs, showcasing the skills that power opportunity and creativity.
Featured Highlights:
- 3D Printing, Drone Technology, and Soldering Projects in action
- Sneak peeks into the Design Hub and Makerspace
- A potential airbag explosion demonstration near 12:00 p.m.
Come see ARC’s builders and makers at work — designing, testing, and creating the future.
Theatre Department Showcase (1:00 p.m., Location TBD)
At 1:00 p.m., the spotlight shifts to ARC’s Theatre Department Showcase — a dynamic, high-energy performance featuring the creativity and talent of ARC’s performing arts students.
Expect movement, storytelling, and a few surprises that will make you see ARC’s artistic side in a whole new way.
Keep your eyes open later in the day — the magic just might make its way into the Cafeteria.
College Isn’t Scary (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM : ARC Natomas Center)
Meanwhile, ARC’s Natomas Center is hosting a spooktacular celebration that proves college isn’t something to fear — it’s something to explore!
Students, families, and future Beavers are invited to meet ARC staff, learn about programs and services, and enjoy games, raffles, and treats.

Clay Creations (2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Time TBD : Location TBD)
After a morning of innovation and performance, take a moment to relax and create.
This small-group clay workshop offers a calm, creative space to unwind and connect.
Space limited to 30 participants — registration details coming soon!
ARC Mariachi Los Rios Concert (7:30 - 9:30 PM : ARC Theatre)
- End your day with rhythm, culture, and pride as Mariachi Los Rios, directed by Professor Tony Marvelli, fills the theatre with music and celebration.
