he Learning Resource Center is offering a series of foundational math workshops to help students strengthen their understanding of core concepts. These workshops focus on essential skills such as fractions, decimals, percentages, equations, ratios, simple algebraic operations, polynomials, exponents, square roots and problem-solving strategies. Each session is led by experienced math instructional assistants who provide step-by-step instruction, examples, and opportunities for guided practice.
Workshops are designed to be interactive and supportive, giving students a chance to ask questions, work through challenges, and build confidence in their math abilities. Students are welcome to attend any or all sessions, depending on their needs.
This series is ideal for students who want to refresh their math knowledge, prepare for upcoming courses, or receive extra support in a collaborative learning environment.
