FKCE Classes and Events

Children who have experienced abuse and neglect need to feel connected to their caregivers. In this class we will discuss trauma-informed parenting tools and strategies, which include ways to have fun and promote healthy behaviors, as well as ways to provide support to traumatized children. Caregivers will learn about self-regulation, which leads to responding instead of reacting.
