Screens—computers, tablets, laptops, and smartphones—are everywhere, shaping children’s daily life from classrooms to social interactions. This class will assist parents in staying connected to their children by exploring: the importance of flexibility, strategies to monitor and limit screen time, principles of good digital citizenship, signs of screen addiction and paths to recovery.
