In our previous sessions, we explored understanding walls and the power of being vulnerable. Now, let’s explore what happens when those walls begin to crumble.

Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) allows you to move past resilience from a struggle and becomes the gateway for new strength. This workshop is far beyond "bouncing back" and explores how children—and caregivers—can "bounce forward." Join me as we explore how the very challenges that once felt like it would break us, can now become the foundation built on wisdom, courage and hope.
