This class is all about the little lifestyle factors in day to day life that can add up to make a big change for better or worse on the healthy development of children and teens. Factors in youth such as sleep schedules, nutrition, physical activity, and social time can be crucial to ensuring lifelong wellness.
We get it though, life gets crazy sometimes and it's hard to keep up with everything we should be doing for the wellness and healthy development of our youth; that's why this class takes a realistic approach to finding solutions that work in the real world and in real families. In this class, we will not only learn the importance of healthy lifestyle choices for child development, but will also workshop how to make little changes in our everyday lives to help youth thrive in childhood and develop into healthy teens and adults.
