ARC HSI - El Centro welcomes you to our annual summer program: ÁNIMO! While ÁNIMO is an acronym for our mission goal, the word ánimo is a unique Spanish word with no direct translation, but can mean hope, courage, soul, and willpower. HSI - El Centro seeks to empower our students (you!) to not only succeed, but thrive in higher education, both here at American River College and beyond.
We offer a complete orientation, academic and career support, personalized campus tours, on-the-spot mentoring, and more! Lunch is provided, and the program will end in a large Carne Asada where the whole family is invited.
