During this guided 1-mile nature walk, participants will be invited to slow down, practice mindfulness, and notice the sights and details of their surroundings. The activity may include opportunities to engage with nature, explore campus from a different perspective, and reflect on the experience along the way.
We'll wrap up with a brief guided reflection and an opportunity to share what we noticed and how slowing down changed the way we experienced campus.
What to expect:
- Guided mindful nature walk around campus
- Color observation activity
- Optional photo-taking
- Reflection and mindfulness prompts
- Time to connect with other students and recharge
No prior experience is needed, and all students are welcome!
