The No-Drama Discipline class equips foster parents and caregivers with practical, trauma-informed strategies to respond to challenging behaviors with empathy, connection, and consistency. Participants will learn how early childhood trauma affects brain development and behavior, while gaining tools to build trust, strengthen relationships, and teach appropriate skills without escalating conflict. This class empowers caregivers to create safe, nurturing environments that promote healing, resilience, and healthy emotional development for children in foster care.
