The equity assessment was a comprehensive, college-wide evaluation conducted by Hotep Consultants to examine institutional equity practices, campus climate, and systems that impact students and employees. The assessment involved data collection, stakeholder engagement, and analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for advancing equity across the college. The presentation of findings is intended to share key themes, insights, and recommendations with the campus community to inform ongoing planning, decision-making, and equity-centered action.
