How ARC Supports You
ARC is going to support you throughout your entire apprenticeship through:
- College credits and certificates for everything you’re already learning with your union
- Opportunity to earn an Associate Degree
- English Language support courses
- Accessibility and disability services (DSPS)
- Plus all our other Student Support Services
Everybody is Welcome to Apply
- No prior experience is required.
- Only need a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- No minimum language skills are required, plus ARC can help you improve your English skills.
- All trades have programs available to help you if you are a veteran, woman, or minority seeking to join the trades.
How to get started
- Find a trade below, and visit the websites of our Unions Partners.
- Learn about their specific requirements and apply with them directly.
- After you get admitted, the Union training center will help you with the process of enrolling with American River College to earn college credit for your training.
