Use Only Your ID Number
Use only your student wID number to sign in. Do not include @apps.losrios.edu. If you include @apps.losrios.edu, then the system will return an error saying it's unable to sign you in.
Verify Your ID Number
Look up your student wID number to make sure it is correct.
If you receive an error message while looking up your student ID number or attempting to login to a Los Rios service please try again after 24 hours have passed. If you continue to receive an error, then contact your college Admissions and Records Office.
Verify Your Password
Make sure you are using the correct password. If you are not sure, then you can reset your password.
