Information About The HomeBase Scholarships
We are excited to offer two NEW scholarships through our ARC HomeBases this year:
Beaver of Excellence and Best Dam Beaver.
The HomeBase Beaver of Excellence and Best Dam Beaver Scholarships were created to provide recognition and financial support to two students who stand out among their peers for maintaining a high GPA, an academically well-rounded transcript, participation in extracurricular activities such as community service, student government, athletics, clubs, student research, the Design Hub, Internships, music, and theater, either on campus or in the community.
The application process for the next cycle will open again on January 16, 2026 and will close on March 6, 2026 at 11:59pm. Please see the requirements below for each of these scholarships.
Scholarship Requirements
Primary Scholarship: $5,000
8 secondary scholarships at $250
Eligibility Requirements:
- You are a currently enrolled student
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- 45 units or more completed
- Your Home Campus is ARC
All students are encouraged to apply for these scholarships. This includes international students.
Primary Scholarship: $2,500
8 secondary scholarships at $250
Eligibility Requirements:
- You are a currently enrolled student
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- You have completed between 15 - 44.9 units (DSPS students may apply even if they don't meet the 15 unit minimum)
- Your Home Campus is ARC
All students are encouraged to apply for these scholarships. This includes international students.

Please complete the form below, and be prepared to submit:
- LRCCD unofficial transcript
- Recommendation Form Submission (must be completed by your recommender by March 13th). Additional details about form submission can be found within the application below.
- A Resume
- A Personal Statement that addresses the following questions:
- Please share your background and any challenges you have faced in your educational journey.
- What are your educational and career goals?
- How has ARC and particularly your HomeBase supported you?
- Personal statement can be submitted in written (1000 words maximum) or video format (5 minute maximum)
