Enrollment Verification

Students can download or request enrollment verification for child care, health insurance, and car insurance online using the following steps.

Automated Verification via eServices

You can download or print an enrollment verification certificate for free online through eServices.

  1. Log in to eServices.
  2. Click on Academic Records.
  3. Click on Enrollment Verification.

Custom Verification Request

If your request cannot be accommodated through the automated system, you may request a custom verification online via eServices using the steps below. Custom verifications have a turnaround time of three to five business days.

  1. Log in to eServices.
  2. Click on Student eForms and Petitions.
  3. Click on Admission and Records.
  4. Click on Enrollment Verification.
