Requirements to meet a University Representative
Before scheduling an appointment with a university representative, please make of the following:
- You are currently an ARC student.
- You already have an education plan from a counselor.
- If you are a prospective UC applicant, please create and update a University of California Transfer Admissions Planner (TAP) account
What do university representatives do?
University representatives are here to advise you about:
- admissions
- course requirements for transfer
- bachelor's programs,
- all kinds of general questions about the university you may have
What do University Representatives not do?
University representatives do not advise students about graduate programs or international student admissions.

Staff and counselors meet one-on-one to support transfer applicants to any of the 9 UCs or 23 CSUs.
