Nursing Application Instructions and Forms

We accept nursing applications twice per year: in February for the following fall semester and in September for the following spring semester.

Get Help: Application Drop-In Sessions

Our Health and Education Homebase holds drop-in sessions during each application cycle to prepare students for the nursing application process. 

Our 2026 September Drop-in Dates are:

• Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 11:00am – 12:00pm
• Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm
• Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00am
• Friday, September 25, 2026 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
