Baby Beavers Diaper Program

The Baby Beavers Diaper Pantry is available to all student-parents enrolled in ARC. We offer student-parents up to 50 diapers per diaper-aged child as well as baby wipes when available.

Students must meet the following qualifications to receive diapers:

• Be enrolled in ARC classes for the current semester.
• Be the parent or guardian of all children they are requesting diapers for.
• Have completed an eligibility appointment with the Baby Beavers staff within the last year.

During your eligibility appointment, we will collect necessary information to confirm your eligibility for the diaper program. No documents are required.

Once your eligibility appointment is complete, your first diaper order will be added to our waitlist.

Requesting Diapers from Baby Beavers

Eligible student-parents can order diapers by sending a request to ARCBabyBeavers@arc.losrios.edu. Please include your name, student ID number, and which size diapers you are requesting. You may only request diapers for children you are the parent or guardian of. Once your order is received, your name will be added to our waitlist until your order is prepared.

Once your order has been prepared and packed for you, we will send an email to your Student ID email letting you know to come pick up your diapers.

• Diaper orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving the pick-up email.
• Diapers can be picked up from the Beaver Cares front desk located in the Welcome and Support Center, 9 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
• All pick-up emails will be sent to your student ID email.
• Diaper orders not picked up within the 5-day window will be returned to our stock to be distributed to the next students on the waitlist.
• If you cannot pick up your order within the 5-day window, please email ARCBabyBeavers@arc.losrios.edu with the soonest available time you would be able to pick up diapers. 
• While we make an effort to fulfill every request made. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be added to the top of the waitlist for the next month’s distribution.
