Celebrate the innovation, skill, and creativity that thrive at ARC! Beavers Build Day puts the spotlight on hands-on art, career education, and apprenticeship programs, with live demonstrations from ARC’s talented faculty and students. Students, staff, alumni, families, and community partners are invited to explore, create, and be inspired by the power of applied learning.

Art in Action

  • Jewelry making, chalk pop-ups, air-dry clay, and more.
  • Interactive opportunities for students and guests to create and take home their own pieces.

CTE & Apprenticeship Program Demos

  • Welding, design, automotive, and more hands-on showcases.
  • Faculty Demonstrations: special live sessions that bring classroom learning to life.
  • Opportunities to meet ARC instructors and learn about career pathways.

Natomas Center: College Isn’t Scary (10:00 am to 12:00 pm)

  • Special partner event hosted at the Natomas Center.
  • A welcoming space to break down barriers and show students that college is for everyone.

  • DieselZilla vs. Drone: a potential playful demonstration of power and innovation featuring ARC’s legendary diesel machine and drone technology.
