Public Safety Club

The Public Safety Club is established to promote knowledge, professional development, and networking opportunities for students interested in careers in: Law Enforcement, Firefighting, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) fields.

The club aims to:

  • Provide educational workshops, guest speakers, and training sessions relevant to public safety careers. 
  • facilitate Ride-along and sit-along opportunities with local agencies to give students firsthand experience in the field.
  • Foster collaboration between students and professionals in public safety sectors.
  • Engage in campus and community outreach to promote public safety awareness.
  • Offer peer support and mentorship for those pursuing related academic and career paths.
  • We meet every other Monday 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the Center for Leadership and Development Conference Room.
