You don't have to go far to find assistance – ARC has many resources to offer, right here on campus!

ARC Child Development Center

The Child Development Center provides early care and development experiences for children while their parents are attending classes or working. The Child Development Center also supports the Early Childhood Education college students as they prepare for careers in the Early Care and Education field.

Priority Registration for Student-Parents

California State law establishes priority registration for student-parents who have dependent children under the age of 18 and provide support to children for at least 50% of the year.

  • Student-parents who may be eligible for priority registration (based on the information they submitted on the CCCApply and/or California Promise Grant application) will receive an email letting them know the steps to verify their eligibility.
  • For spring 2025, the verification process deadline is Tuesday, November 5.
  • See Priority Registration and Enrollment Dates for exact registration date information.
