Current EOP&S Participants

Communication Is Key in Successful Participation

All current participants are encouraged to stay in communication with the program for successful participation. Participants are advised to check their Los Rios email regularly for communications from the program.

Participants with questions or requests are recommended to send an email to the program at myeops@arc.losrios.edu . Remember to include your full name, Student ID number, and phone number with your questions or requests.

• Please follow the information on the “Important Dates” document posted to your My EOPS at ARC Canvas shell each term.
• EOP&S/CARE counseling appointments are available on-ground, by phone, and/or via Zoom. Appointments fill up fast; please do not wait to schedule your appointments during each term.
• Please call the program at (916) 484-8128 to schedule your counseling appointments.

  • Note: three counseling contacts are required each term. Please start scheduling your appointments early.
  • Note: Rescheduling appointments after a “No Show” or for any other reason is the responsibility of student participants to maintain eligibility in the program.
    
    
• To access your Student Ed Plan, log into your eServices, select the "Academic Records" tab, and then select “Student Ed Plan” in the menu.

• Current participants interested in transferring to another EOP&S/CARE program at another community college can email the ARC program at myeops@arc.losrios.edu to request a transfer form and let us know which college you intend to transfer to.

Program eligibility for participation and services will continue as long as the student participant maintains the Mutual Responsibility Agreements that were initialed and agreed upon during the application process. Program eligibility will also continue as long as the student participant has not completed more than 70-degree-applicable units (unless the student has an approved unit load reduction MOU with DSPS or is in a college-designated high unit major).
